Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy for rugs and bedding?
We accept returns on most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom rugs, clearance items, and products that have been laundered are final sale.
How do I care for my indoor/outdoor rugs?
Our performance rugs are designed for durability. Most can be cleaned by simply hosing them off, scrubbing with a soft brush and mild soap, and allowing them to air dry.
Do you offer fabric or rug swatches?
Yes, we offer swatches for a majority of our rug and bedding collections to help you visualize the color and texture in your space before making a full purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
